Shipping Policy

1. Order Confirmation

  • All orders are confirmed through a small deposit of 80 EGP.
  • Orders will only be processed after the deposit is received.

2. Payment Method

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.

3. Shipping Time

  • Orders are delivered within 2–6 business days depending on your location.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and shown before confirming your order.

5. Important Notes

  • Please make sure your address and phone number are correct.
  • Our delivery team may contact you before delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If the customer does not respond or refuses the order, the deposit is non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled, and the deposit refunded, only if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped.
