1. General Policy (No Refunds or Exchanges)
Due to the nature of perfume and fragrance products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
This policy is strictly enforced for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Products)
We only accept refund or exchange requests in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or broken
- You receive the wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
3. Conditions for Approval
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Personal scent preference
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Products damaged after delivery
